For the comfort of our other guests, no children are permitted in the salon, unless receiving services themselves
Please turn off all cellphones or activate the vibration mode while in the salon.
Please try to arrive ten minutes early for all zazu appointments. In order to not interfere with other customer appointments, late arrivals may be asked to adjust their appointment time allocation or to possibly re-schedule.
Please advise one of our technicians if there is anything regarding your appointment that may need attention - room temperature, music, etc. At zazu, we constantly strive to provide you with an experience that meets - and exceeds - your expectations.

24 hour cancellation policy
We do require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. A credit card number is required for all reservations.
There will be a 50% service charge to your account if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
